Our Community
Diversci seeks to provide a safe space for discussions that are open to anyone willing to exchange with peers, discover new ideas and projects, share issues and difficulties or simply find support. The Diversci Community of Practice (CoP) is caring and friendly. It provides opportunities for peers to share both good practice or failed attempts through a participative dynamic, in which everyone is welcome. The Diversci CoP meets regularly in an informal and open setting, discussing and sharing ideas, point of views and testimonies that allow each of the participants to find their own approach to an equitable, diverse and inclusive organisation.
In addition to this we use our Linkedin group on a daily basis to communicate, exchange and share resources.
